This notice explains how Fleetivatech handles information you send through this website, fleetivatech.com. Information you and your team enter inside Fleetiva ERP or Fleetiva Inspect is handled under the agreement with your company.
What we collect
- Contact and demo requests: your name, email address, and anything else you choose to add — company, phone number, team or fleet size, the product you're interested in, and your message.
- Technical information: like most websites, our servers record basic request details such as your IP address and the time of the request. We use them to keep the site working and to limit abuse of the contact form.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it
We use contact details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo and follow up about the products you asked about. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
